JAMES McCLAIN

Mr. and Mrs. Jasper McClain of Osborneville, Ill were here
early in the week on their way home from Lawrenceburg, Ky where they had been
attending the funeral of his brother, James McClain who died after a week’s
illness. While plowing corn he rubbed a blister on his heel from which blood
poisoning resulted. He leaves a wife and four children, one of which is in a
hospital in Louisville being treated for tuberculosis of the hip. At one time
Mr. McClain lived on Wm. McClain’s farm near Milligan – kbz
